The price includes

• Land transfers necessary for the smooth running of the trip
• Supervision by an English-speaking Nepalese guide for excursions
• Accommodation and meals as described in the program
• Domestic flight between Pokara and Kathmandu (optional)
• Entrances to excursions, such parks and villages planned in the program
• Access to extra activities generously offered by the lodge

The price does not include

• Cancellation/interruption of stay/loss of baggage insurance and assistance.
• Transfer costs in the event of transport different from that of the group or due to a local unforeseen event.
• Registration fees
• Visa fees on arrival in Kathmandu
• Meals not included in the program
• Entrances to sites not included in the program
• Drinks, personal expenses and tips
• The single hotel room supplement only, it is impossible to guarantee a single room in a Lodge)
• Anything not mentioned in the “price includes” section
• The possible cost of a PCR test and any other health formalities to return to France (more information from our expert advisors). However, our local teams will help you make an appointment with a suitable center.

Regarding optional choices, the total amount may vary.

Given the significant and rapid inflation in the country, some food or accommodation prices may increase.

Our policy is not to pass this inflation on to the price of your trip, only in the event of an exceptional crisis situation.

More than 35 days from the departure date of the trip, you must pay a deposit of 35% of the total price of the trip upon registration. For any registration less than 35 days from the departure date, payment must be made in one go and for the entire price of the trip. The balance of the travel price must be paid, without reminder from us, no later than 35 days before the departure date. A payment by installments can be set up
